Our specialists tend to already be heavily booked, so we cannot guarantee that there will be an availability if you do not book ahead of time. We highly recommend scheduling an appointment to assure timely service. You can book online easily here, or you may contact us.

For your first appointment, you'll need to fill out a registration form and any forms related to the service(s) you're visiting us for. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to do so, or you can do so in advance here. It is best to wear clothing that will allow easy access to the area(s) of discomfort. You'll need to have:
Any form of photo ID
Your insurance card (in order to help you with your claims, or direct billing)
Your doctor’s note (only if you are required to have one)
Any relevant reports or diagnostic notes related to your injuries or symptoms
Registration form and Intake form (you may fill them out online here)

We do accept Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases. If you were injured through a MVA, please let us know when you’re booking your appointment. We require your claim and policy number, name of your adjudicator and your auto insurance company. In most cases, we can bill the auto insurer directly.
We are a registered provider with the Workplace and Safety Insurance Board (WSIB) of Ontario and can bill directly for services approved by WSIB. We will need to verify your case with WSIB prior to commencing treatment.

Do I need a referral for massage therapy?
No, you do not need a referral for massage therapy. You can schedule an appointment by calling our clinic at 416-321-3969 or using our online booking system and book a massage therapy session with one of our registered massage therapists.

Yes, you may book multiple services on the same day if desired. If you need any assistance in booking, you can contact us and our friendly staff will work with you to coordinate the scheduling of your appointments to accommodate your needs.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client who may be in need of our services.
