Referral

To thank you for your referrals and to reward you and the people you care about, we are offering you both a special gift. If you have someone you’d like to refer to us, just have them mention you during their visit! Every time you refer someone to our office and that individual completes a session, we will mark it down.

Refer at least 3 people to Active Rehab Centre and you’ll get a free treatment or product of your choice*! At the same time, those you refer will receive a free consultation!
